Memory Verse - Psalm 16:8  Today we talked about what it means that we shall not be moved

Language Arts: Writing

Grammar - Complete and Simple subjects and predicates.  We are still working on identifying nouns because, for the most part, as a class, this is an area of weakness for us.

We worked on finishing our brainstorming for our free write narratives, and, for most of us, began drafting our story.

Language Arts: Reading

Day 12 of reading tonight.  We should be done with these books by the end of this week.

Science:

We are memorizing the levels of classification using this acrostic.  Dominant Kings Play Chess On Finely Grained Sand

Social Studies:

Revolutionary War presentations.

Spelling - Sentences for the words on the first side.  Each sentence must use the word in proper context both in terms of meaning and of the part of speech, as well as be a minimum of 10 words.
