We reviewed the steps of conflict resolution and what that should look like when they practice it in real life.
Language Arts: Writing
Worked on our self-editing checklist today. Talked about the concept of storyline, as well as using a Thesaurus by ourselves for the first time today.
We also began to learn to identify action verbs, while also working on our noun identification.
Social Studies:
We are beginning to learn about Latitude and Longitude. Ask the kids about their new "favorite song"!!! Here is the link:

We practiced locating places on a Mercator Projection using latitude and longitude.
Language Arts: Reading
We are practicing the skills of successful readers by making connections or predictions as we read Little Britches together as a class.
